Nature Study

While I was planning this  school year, I was determined to keep our nature studies going. Last year, the kids and I enjoyed our time outside,discovering everything out here in our neck of the woods. This year, I wanted something with a little more substance, so I went over to this wonderful blog and downloaded her entire Outdoor Hour Challenge Autumn Bundle. What a gold mine! The weather was more than generous with us as we headed out for some Nature Studies. We took the time to observe and write about the Canadian Thistle. You could say, I was just a little distracted and took more pictures than that of the "misunderstood" thistle.
