We Interrupt This Rainy Day...

To let everyone know that our Bailey is in emergency surgury as I write this post. For the last 36 hours he has not been our Mr. Spazmotic happy go lucky puppy, so we figured something was up. X-rays show something as large as my fist lodged in his stomach...probably a rock....nice. More to follow, as soon as I get a phone call later this afternoon, from our vet.  Happy thoughts people...happy thoughts!

Update as of 4:59 pm:

We just heard from the vet. Bailey is just waking up. The vet took out a rock that was lodged sideways in his intestine...not as big as my fist...but half my fist. His insides are pretty scratched up from the rock, but he'll make a full recovery. We can pick him up tomorrow sometime after 10:00am. Can't wait to see what they'll find next time in his gut...hopefully... there won't be a next time :)
