Am I supposed to be prepared somehow, as he crosses over the threshold to teenage-hood? Will it get easier as the other 3, hit the teenage years? It's not like he'll go to bed tonight, and wake up as a whole new person. He'll still be our Devin. He'll still look the same, talk the same, and act the same. Nonetheless, it's a little harder to accept, than when I turned the big 40. That was a cake walk!
He's growing into an amazing young man, but he'll always be our little "dude-man"...because 13 is just a number...right?
