When I was a kid, I remember listening to the CBC program "As It Happens". My opinion as a child? B.O.R.I.N.G
BUT...but...right around Christmas time, I couldn't wait to hear Fireside Al, and his Christmas stories. There was something about Allan Maitland's voice reading Christmas stories, that held me captive.

I ordered it online from Chapters last week. I can't wait to share these stories that I listened to as child with my own. It also comes with a CD, so we can listen along as we read. Let the fun begin!
