Well folks, we had a bit of a dry spell with Junior High school sports, but we are back on track again with elementary volleyball.
Super Sister Sophie, who has awaited this moment for YEARS, can now brag with the best of them and say that she has played in a school tournament. After watching her big brothers for the last 5 years play volleyball and basketball, today was her big day on the volleyball court!
The grade 5/6 CFL team, valiantly played against other Catholic schools from Okotoks, High River and Canmore. Unfortunately, they lost...every game. Nevertheless, they had fun, and their spirits were still high at the end. Everyone walked away smiling, and a winner! Go Flight! You kids are all golden!!
