It's only 11:00 am and already it has been a nerve-wracking morning. My little man Christian had ortho-surgery this morning. He had 4 baby teeth extractions, and he has these medieval looking gold chains on his "canines", which will get hooked up into his bands for his existing braces tomorrow at the dentist. They went through his top palate to attach the chains to his existing adult teeth which will poke through soon ( eewwwww) For me to describe what the procedure was, makes no sense to you as the reader. You'll have to see his mouth to believe it.
On a scale of 1-10 he's about a 5 right now. He's groggy, frozen, has a swollen lip, stitches in his gums, and a headache. ( Hmmmm almost sounds like a hangover) I'm sure he'll be sore once the freezing wears off in a few hours.
Nothing but Popsicles, Jello, ice cream and fruit smoothies for my little man. That's the up side :)
