...We head to Okotoks to take in a bit of the Winter Fest hosted by the Okotoks Agricultural Society.

Unfortunately, we caught the tail end of the day ( because the boys were shoveling that horrid white stuff that just keeps on falling...pennies from heaven I call it) , but still enjoyed what we saw. We were toasty warm in the Hebson's Arena, watching team calf roping, and trick riders. The Ag Society called it quits early for the pony rides on account of the -25 weather.( Gee...really? ) After watching the trick riders ( the youngest being 10, I think the girls might be convincing us for riding lessons once we're on the acreage...shhhh....don't tell Dave )
Here are a few pics from our short and sweet afternoon. Happy trails!
