The countdown has begun at our house. Tomorrow is "Pancake Tuesday", and the kids are excited about our dinner menu...we haven't gotten too far past that...yet :) . I've been frantically trying to plan out our activities for the next 40 days, and realized that right now, the Internet is a wonderful thing.
