Last year the kids dressed up, as their favorite saints, but I think this year we'll pause and reflect on our patron and namesake saints. We'll be sure to make it fun. Devin's favorite saints are Saint Matthew and Saint Dominic. Christian's favorite saint is Saint Nicholas, Sophie's is Saint Sophia ( the mother of Faith, Hope and Love) and Saint Elizabeth of Hungary, Emilie's favorite is Saint Mary. My personal favorites are Saint Mary, Saint Anne and Saint Monica ( Might be the mom theme there). And to make it more interesting, I was born on Saint Andrew's Day.
The way I see it, it's nice to know, that there are people routing for you on your good days and your not so good days even when you think you have nobody to count on...so Happy All Saint's Day to everyone!
